The laboratories at CBM are technology platforms equipped with scientific instrumentation, available for shared use by CBM researchers, CBM partners and other authorized users. The premises are run by a highly skilled and qualified staff, guaranteeing correct usage and exploitation of the laboratories and their instrumentation.
The Bioinformatics Service supports the analysis of complex biomedical data deriving from advanced technologies of genomics and proteomics. We are particularly focused on the provision of customized solutions tackling the integration and analysis of complex datasets, as well as the analysis of data derived from other CBM services.
CBM Next Generation Sequencing Core Facility was established in 2010 and currently runs an Illumina HiScanSQ platform using standard TrueSeq Illumina protocols.
