The Optical Imaging Lab provides synthesis of specific fluorescent probes and labelling of antibodies, proteins and chemical products with NIR tracers. The dyes used for optical imaging (based on the laser setting) principally are Cyanine5.5 and Alexa 680.
The final dye/protein ratio is estimated measuring the absorbance at 678nm and 280nm respectively.
